At King of Wraps, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality wraps, printing, apparel, and custom products. Because many of our items are made-to-order and customized, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Most of our products β including vehicle wraps, DTF prints, UV DTF stickers, banners, and custom apparel β are custom-made to your specifications. For this reason:
All sales on custom orders are final once production begins.
We do not offer refunds for customer-provided design errors, including typos, incorrect sizes, or poor image quality.
If the product is defective due to our production error, we will replace or reprint the item at no additional cost.
Once a wrap is installed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
We will address any proven installation defects (such as peeling or bubbles not caused by customer misuse) with a repair at no charge within 30 days of installation.
Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customerβs responsibility.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet begun.
If materials have been ordered or production has started, cancellation fees may apply.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or repair as needed.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Shipping and rush fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
