Welcome to King of Wraps. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all orders, installations, and services provided by King of Wraps at our San Jose and Sacramento locations, as well as through our website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of services including:

  • Vehicle wraps and installations.

  • DTF and UV DTF printing.

  • Custom apparel printing and embroidery.

  • Sign, banner, and large-format printing.

  • Sticker and label production.

  • Creative graphic design.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after receipt of payment or deposit.

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable taxes.

  • Payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment platforms.

  • Custom projects require a non-refundable deposit before production begins.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started.

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless defective due to our error.

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

5. Artwork & Design Approval

  • Customers must approve all artwork, proofs, and design files before production.

  • King of Wraps is not responsible for errors in approved designs, including spelling, sizing, or layout issues.

6. Vehicle Wrap Installations

  • Customers must deliver vehicles clean and free of wax, dirt, and grease before installation.

  • Wraps are professionally installed to manufacturer standards; however, minor imperfections can occur due to vehicle body condition.

  • Installed wraps are covered under our installation warranty for defects caused by workmanship (not misuse or neglect).

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer local pickup at both San Jose and Sacramento locations.

  • Shipped orders are sent via trusted carriers; shipping fees and timelines vary by location.

  • King of Wraps is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, graphics, and marketing materials created by King of Wraps remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Customers must have rights to any designs, logos, or artwork submitted for production.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • King of Wraps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County (San Jose) or Sacramento County, depending on the location of service.
