Shipping policy

At King of Wraps, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. This policy explains our shipping, delivery, and pickup options for vehicle wraps, printing, apparel, banners, and custom products.


1. Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup at both of our locations:

San Jose Location

Pickup hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (closed Sat & Sun)


2. Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for certain products within a limited radius of our San Jose and Sacramento shops. Contact us for delivery fees and eligibility.


3. Nationwide Shipping

We ship most of our products β€” including DTF transfers, UV DTF stickers, banners, apparel, and non-installed wrap materials β€” across the United States.

  • Carriers Used: UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other trusted couriers.

  • Shipping Times: Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days after production. Large or custom orders may require 5–10 business days.

  • Rush Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee.


4. Vehicle Wrap Installations

Vehicle wrap services are in-shop only and cannot be shipped. Customers must drop off and pick up vehicles at one of our two locations.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Customers will see shipping costs before completing checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply to select products.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement when applicable.

  • King of Wraps is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. For large international orders, please contact us to discuss options.


8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
